This platform requires the least amount of effort to start up but the most engagement as far as customer service is concerned. My experience on the platform has allowed me to get an inside look on managing short or long term rentals. Have an extra room, couch or livable space and you can do the same
Turo
Do you have a car that’s collecting dust or maybe you Work From Home on the weekdays? If either one applies to you then this platform would work best. This requires some engagement with customers during the drop off and pick up of your vehicle. There is also wildly variable cost associated with repairs and maintenance.
Uber
Whether you have a car or not you can make money on Uber. I’ve known many people who rent cars and still make at least $1,000 a week on Uber. This platform can be utilized for quick money or a sustainable replacement for your 9 to 5. Customer Engagement can be low or high but that may dictate your tips
